1. How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

After your order is placed siccessfully, we will send you a confirmation email with all the order details. 

 

2. How long will it take to ship my order? 

– In the US:  About 12-20 business days from the shipping date.
– Outside the US: About 12-30 business days from the shipping date.

 

3. My tracking number isn’t working

The tracking number will be activated within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions, please email us and we will recheck for you. 

 

4. I need help with a late order

The shipping schedule depends heavily on the carrier. It can be also affected on some special occasions such as holidays, natural disasters, pandemic, strict control of customs, delivery area etc… We will notify you if there is any delay during the shipment process of your order.

 

5. What type of payments do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

 

6. When will my card/PayPal account be charged? 

Just after your order has been successfully placed.
