RETURN & REFUND POLICY
When you place an order, you are confirmed to read, understand, and agree with all of our policies.
Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing the delivered status successfully on the carrier’s system. Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.
1. Return conditions
All the requests for returns and refunds only applied in this situation below:
– The product has to be bought from our store (Transaction invoice or Shipping label and Proof images are required)
– The return/refund policy only applies to the wrong, damaged, or defective product.
– All items must be returned in their original condition; it is new, unworn, or unused in their original package, including packaging materials, and accessories (if any).
2. Return instructions
All returns must be initiated with a return request sent to our support email support@jenashopping.com within 5 days of the package’s arrival date (the arrival date is defined as the date that shows the “delivered” status of your package’s tracking number). In your email, please include the following information for better support:
– Order number
– Video or photos of the received product
– If your problem is the wrong or defective product, please include photos of that product.
– If your problem is about the size, please include a measuring tape, stick or ruler in the photo of the product
When returning the item, you must provide us with a valid tracking number and the carrier’s name. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Note: Returning a product without our prior confirmation will not be accepted; the address on the shipping label is our shipping partner’s address, not our warehouse.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 36-48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check your original payment method if you do not receive the refund after our confirmation email.
If you try all the ways but still do not receive the refund, please contact us via support@jenashopping.com.
5. Cancellation
We only accept cancellation requests sent to us within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipment; and no one can cancel your order after that time.
