SHIPPING POLICY

 

Our top priority is making a great effort to deliver the items to the customers as soon as possible. Please take a look at our shipping policy below to ensure that you understand our shipping policy. 

1. Order confirmation

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email address after your order is successfully placed.

After that time, if you do not receive the confirmation email, please send us an email at support@jenashopping.com for additional assistance.

2. Tracking information

Your item will be processed for stocking and shipment in 2-5 business days and we will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as the item is shipped. In the email, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order status easily. 

Please get in touch with us if you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within the specified timeframe.

It may take about 5-7 business days for us to update the tracking information on the carrier’s system. Please be aware that orders placed during holidays and during sale periods may take longer to process.

3. Shipping agent

Our main shipping partners include USPS, Canada Post, Uniuni… and we will choose the shipping carrier based on the address you provided to ensure that the order can reach your shipping address as soon as possible.

4. Shipping time

You can follow the estimated delivery time below: 
– United States: 12-20 business days
– Rest of World: 12-30 business days

Note: The delivery may be completed later than expected due to the following reasons: 
– Holidays;
– Customization of products;
– Natural disasters;
– Pandemic
– Delivery area;
– Customs.

If there is any problem with the shipment, we will send you an announcement email about this. We hope to receive your sympathy if these unexpected situations happen.

5. Order revision

You are only allowed to change the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours of purchasing time. Please review your order carefully to ensure that all information is correct. If there is anything wrong, please contact us immediately at support@jenashopping.com so that we can assist you.

In case, your order is being processed or shipped already, we are unable to help you change your shipping address. However, we can provide you with the carrier’s information so that you can contact them and change the shipping address by yourself.

Note: We will not take any responsibility in the situations below:
– The carriers make multiple attempts to delivery the product;
– The package is refused by the customer;
– The tracking system indicates that the package was delivered successfully or displays the status of “delivered.”;
– The buyer provided the wrong shipping address which led to the delivery failure.
